What clients think.

Kallie has been an integral part of my professional and personal growth over our 2+ years working together. With her help, I’ve been able to contextualize my experiences amongst my peers, set and surpass unique & complex goals, and define fulfillment with more clarity. Starting to work with a coach early in my career has set a solid foundation as I navigate the murky waters of a corporate job and consider the big picture with her feedback as a comforting guide. Overall I highly recommend Kallie for folks looking to live a more purpose-driven work life.

Kallie helped me take my business from an idea to a profitable entity with her coaching and consulting expertise and people skills. She has a knack for mining your talents into momentum, and helping an entrepreneur overcome mental barriers to actualize growth. She kept me on task, but she also pushed me to identify and exceed goals. She is truly a catalyst for growth, and I am so grateful for everything she brought to the table. Whatever stage of launching you’re in, Kallie can help you grow the good and build on your strengths to expedite progress. She’s amazing!
— Dr. Rachel Buehner, PhD, Owner & Psychologist, Bring Light Psychology
Discussing myself has never been a favorite activity of mine, so at first, I thought coaching was going to be an overall uncomfortable experience – but I was wrong. The bi-weekly sessions not only helped me to identify and dig into areas of growth but also enabled me to walk away with concrete action steps so that I could start to make progress in those areas. Oftentimes, organizational feedback can be vague or intangible, but through coaching, that feedback was brought to life in a tangible way. I’ve been able to grow as a colleague, leader, and individual - including achieving my promotion! I have been given the information and tools to continue this growth even after coaching is over.

I am in the process of learning how to acknowledge my feelings, voice my thoughts, articulate my own opinions, and entertain my ideas. Kallie was extremely present, met me where I was at, held space for me to think aloud, listened attentively, didn’t try to force anything, was flexible, and presented with a warm and welcoming presence via our video calls. I appreciated her observations of what I shared and felt validated in my personal journey. Her reflections back to me were spot on in a manner where I also felt heard. My coaching sessions with Kallie helped me to continue trusting myself and bolstered my confidence to face whatever I will take on.

I reached out to Kallie to inquire about her leadership coaching services, and it was a decision that paid off immediately... I would not have been able to cultivate who I am as a leader and improve my overall executive presence without this kind of coaching. In my sessions with Kallie, I worked through feeling like I needed to find the “right way” to lead and instead created my own vision for who I want to be as a leader. As a result, I was able to reduce the stress I put on myself to be a high performer, because I am confident in my vision for myself and my team. Coaching was an investment in myself, and my career. The results have been more positive than I would have ever expected.

Any client relationship starts with three main questions:

  1. Where are you now?

  2. Where do you want to be?

  3. What’s getting in the way?

What is Coaching?

Client-led

Coaching is client-focused and client-directed. A coach will guide, support and challenge clients to be accountable, but ultimately the work and making the change is up to the client.

Focused on thriving

What’s the difference between a coach, a consultant and a therapist? Consultants provide advice on an area of expertise while therapists focus on processing the past / trauma that is getting in the way of everyday functioning. A coach is focused on transformation and forward movement. Our goal is to move a client from baseline to a state of flourishing - living up to max potential in personal and professional life.

Accountability partnership

Coaching is a partnership of two people coming together to assist a client in identifying where they’d like to go, what needs to be shifted, and what identified milestones will demonstrate that the partnership is producing desired results. A coach holds you accountable to make the measured changes to achieve goals and helps recalibrate when roadblocks appear.

Insight based

A coach helps you lean in to self-awareness and make insights on what’s working and not working in your unique situation. Once you have awareness, you can begin to tackle limiting patterns and create a plan of sustained practice and growth towards your goals.
