About Kallie

Kallie Knop is the founder of think. She is a seasoned marketing and communications consultant and certified professional coach with over fifteen years of experience in the business world.

Kallie is a critical and creative thinker, something that has driven her to consistently pursue new growth and to never be quite satisfied with the status quo. It is what drove her towards coaching and to leave a clear cut career path in corporate consulting in pursuit of a more passion-driven, flexible lifestyle. think. was created to identify and craft opportunities for clients that help them do the same - to better themselves, their organizations and enhance intentionality, fulfillment and ultimately, impact.

Before think., Kallie worked at major PR agencies and global consulting firms in New York City where she represented a myriad of clients from international corporations such as GE, PepsiCo and Pfizer, to early-stage startups such as Columbia Care. Wanting to try her hand in supporting more nimble startups and building a company, she helped co-lead Ulysses Communications, a boutique marcomms firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences consulting. She helped build the agency from the ground up, supporting a national client roster and leading teams of contractors to achieve client goals. Eventually, Kallie went out on her own, founding think.strategy, LLC.

Kallie’s marketing and communications work builds on her background in corporate public relations agencies, ranging from content strategy to digital marketing to internal communications programs. Kallie has a niche in healthcare and life sciences and supports strategic planning and executes on those strategies either personally or in collaboration with her network.

She also holds certifications in personal growth and leadership coaching through the JRNI (Lumia) Coaching Catalyst program and is trained via the Co-Active Coaching model and in mindfulness meditation through the the University of Pennsylvania Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
